My fiancee and I are looking to get out of NY and Colorado has been on our radar, though I have never been there.

We are looking -- like everyone else -- for a better quality of life.

We're both English teachers, and we're wondering what the education situation looks like there.

Specifically, is there a demand for teachers?
Any ideas what the educational climate, working conditions, union conditions, pay conditions, etc. are?

Any teachers out there?
