Question Open House listings in Castle Rock?

Anyone know where to find a list of Open Houses for this weekend in Castle Rock? Is there a newspaper I could look at online?

There may be some advertised in the Denver Post. Or the local paper.

On the rare occasions I do an open house, I just put out the signs an hour before the time on the sign says and then host the looky-lous.

New homes are almost always held open.

It may be in your best interest to hire a Realtor and schedule showing on properties you want to see and can afford.

Classified adds have gotten so expensive that Realtors seldom advertise open houses. Some company website will give information about open houses, but it's only when you're on that particular home. There was a company that tried to get a national website up, where Realtors would pay a fee each time they wanted to post their open house, but it never really got off the ground. I would say your best choice for finding open houses would be to scour Craigs List. Sometimes agents will post one, but not many do. Your best choice is to drive the neighborhood and look for signs, or as the person mentioned, hire an agent and look at as much as you want.
