Homes/townhouse to rent- rent to own in Metro Denver or Clear Creek County
We are going to either relocate to metro denver or Clearcreek county (georgetown, Idaho Springs)... At this time we need to rent a home, or the rent to own home option. I've found some good homes on craigslist for metro denver but not for Clear Creek..
If anyone could help us out with searches for both locations that would be great!!
Secondly, what school district for the metro denver area are the good ones?
I'd rather move to the town with the better school district than move to the town closest to castle rock which is where the potential job might be..
Thanks

Are you really considering commuting from Georgetown to Castle Rock?

whew - cause it's 20 minutes or so to Castle Rock from my place in Highlands Ranch, and it's 60 minutes to Georgetown.
Although the Friday before last it took 4 hours. 2 hours to go the last half a mile.

Looking to rent a Home in Denver metro area/Possiably Georgetown..Help needed!
Ok,
So I'm redoing this thread. I have been given two job offers. One is in the denver area the other in Georgetown.
I wanted to see if there is a website out there that has rentals avaliable. I've been on craigslist and rental.com but neither of them has homes in the georgetown area..
Secondly, if we move to denver area what school districts are rated high?
Thanks and HELP

Georgetown is a pretty small community in a very narrow valley so there isn't a lot happening in the real estate market there.

You can certainly contract a local Realtor who specializes in rentals. Most Realtors don't.
