We are moving from the mid-west to Littleton, CO this June. Our son will be a senior (gasp!) at Colombine HS or we will open enroll into another school if they have better scores and reputation. What do you "locals" think of the high schools in Jefco?

Jeffco is a large district that covers a large land area, and also covers pretty diverse terrain. While some of their older, inner-ring schools have issues, their newer schools all have good reputations. Columbine, Dakota Ridge, and Chatfield are all good schools and in my opinion you can't go wrong with any of them. You can look up CSAP scores (the statewide standardized tests) to get some idea of academics, but Columbine is a good school, as are most south Jeffco high schools.
