Default Winter Park to Denver ideas

Looking for ideas and suggestions for what to do on last 2 days of vacation. I'll be leaving Winter Park, headed for Denver, will be staying at hotel or BnB in between. I will have done several hikes by then so looking for something different. Georgetown seems to have mining tours but enough to spend the day there? any suggestions for activities and hotels/BnB's appreciated.

Grand County Living is on a distinguished road
Idaho Springs is a nice stop for lunch.
What do you like to do?
Great independent bookstore downtown- Tattered Cover, you can hang in LODO and find some trails along Cherry Creek that connect through town.
Wash Park walk / lunch - you can take the lightrail a few blocks from there to downtown
Lunch or high tea at the Brown Palace downtown
Museum of Nature and Science
Denver Museum of Art
Have fun!
