I am planning on moving out west. However, I am really torn about where exactly would suit me best. If you have any input, it would be greatly appreciated!

Important to me:
1. Good Schools/Family Friendly/Reasonably Low Crime
2. Affordable Housing
3. Emphasis on Art/A Little Bit "Hippie"
4. Sunny
5. Welcoming of Diversity
6. Many Things To Do
7. Prefer a Larger City

I am also considering somewhere in Oregon. If you know anywhere there that would suit my needs then please let me know.

Thanks, guys!

Covered a thousand times before. Do a search. I would also submit that many of your criteria are incompatible with one another in this region, if not everywhere. There are always tradeoffs.

I have to close this thread. The list of desirable features is just too vague, tons of areas fit the description. The term "affordable" is in the eye of the beholder and cannot be discussed in the absence of a stated dollar amount, etc.

In order to be helpful, we need a lot of specifics, such as those stated in the Terms of Service.
