You might check out Red Hawk and Cutter Ridge. The Meadows is a lovely community - went through there a few times when we were looking for homes!

My wife and I live in Sapphire Pointe. There are a good amount of houses for sale that you can probably check out. There are no more new constuction homes available. We toured all of the neighborhoods with houses in our price range (~$350-400k) and we thought Sapphire Pointe was the nicest.

We just bought in the Meadows development (currently renting in Highlands Ranch, having moved from CA) and are looking forward to moving in a couple weeks! This website was very helpful to us to find properties while we were still in CA:

Pradera is a little further down from Sapphire Pointe. It's a golf community and $350k may not get you much there although we haven't looked there in a while.
