For our country to survive there has to be some moral code, some line in a sand. Using the same thinking you do, some pedophiles would say their rights to molest children is being infringed upon.

Christians get tarred and feathered when it comes to the word "hate". Those who don't share our values or beliefs see us as "hating" people if we don't sign up for gay marriage or abortion. That belief fostered by the left wing media could not be farther from the truth. I and other Christians I know, all know gay people but we don't hate them. We might disagree with their morals, but we don't hate them. That is between them and God.

There is a huge difference in being homosexual and being a paedophile. Two adults or an adult and a child.

I did not come here to debate this. I came here to find out which cities in Colorado I would be most comfortable living in. So far the only city suggested was Denver. Are there no more liberal or neutral cities in Colorado besides Denver and Boulder?

There are conservatives, liberals, and independents living in every city/town in Colorado. If YOU make at least a modest effort to fit in, you can live peacefully anywhere. It's not the place that matters most...it's you and the attitude you project. Just be yourself without shoving your beliefs in anyones face and you'll be just fine. You probably already realize this, but I'll say it anyway as a reminder: Denver and the other larger population centers are the easiest places to find people who are more like yourself. if that's what you are looking for. The smaller the town, the more you will stand out if you are different than the people already living there. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

My only belief is that every single person deserves to live their life by their definition of happiness without anyone prohibiting their happiness as long as it is not hurting anyone.

What are the larger population cities? I only know of Denver!

We're going to close this thread on the above note and steer people to the index of threads in those forums for the many existing and informative threads we already have on those cities.
