Default Fires in Estes Park?

Just on the news about evacuation because of fires in Estes Park.
Anybody know what's up? I just caught the tail end of the news report!

The Park Theater Mall was destroyed by fire this morning....

It was a historic structure...once housed FO Stanley's Steamer Cars. Also used as a livery at one time.

I also hear that it housed a movie theatre from 1933 or so. They also said it could possibly hurt tourism because of the other businesses there!
I hope this is not true and...TG no one was injured!!!
