Does anyone know where this photo was taken? I'm trying to retrace steps from a trip from last year, and can't remember for the life of me where this was taken. Thanks!

Looks like a gas station to me. Don't recognize the brand though.

I know it is a gas station. It is a former Conoco station. I'm looking for what city / area it was taken though.

Well, it could be any number of places on the eastern plains. What route did you take? Pretty hard to identify when all you can see is a gas station and wide open spaces.

Heck that could even be a gas station in one of the high desert plains...I am trying to think of where the one gas station is up heading to Steamboat that reminds me of but I can't remember if it's outside of Kremmling. Been a while but it does look most likely to be eastern plains...but for all anyone knows it could also be in the San Luis Valley...

I'm guessing it's gonna take someone being there to know. I tend to have a photographic memory, but wasn't awake for this one.

well judging by the looks of the station and the roads i'd have to say somewhere in the SE part of Colorado.

or New Mexico. Is CO the only state you were in? If not, sometimes if you free your mind from the parameters you've already established (like it's got to be in CO) the answer will come to you. My lame attempt at humor when I pointed out it was a gas station.

That's not San Luis valley. At any point in the valley and in any direction you look, the mountains are visible on the horizon.

I would say somewhere along I-70 East of Limon. Maybe around Burlington. Were you on I-70?
