I am going to Pueblo in a week to check out the university there. I am considering relocating to the Pueblo area. I am having problems finding decent affordable places to rent. Can anyone help me out and give me some names or numbers to rental companies in the area? I would need to find housing close to campus.

Thanks

There are new apartments right by CSU called Wolf Village but I am not sure what they cost. Then you have some just east of there on Troy Ave. Again I am not sure the cost.

My bad I thought he was going to be a student. I read it wrong.

There is a place by EagleRidge and one by Park West Medical Park. But again I don't know prices.

Call Rental Solutions ((719) 544-4492), I got a 1br apartment for 375, 100 off the first months rent and they fix whatever breaks, they're not one of those vacant landlords. I'm not sure what they have right now as their website is down.

Heres another 1br i found on craigslist:213 Colo. Ave., Unit A (http://pueblo.craigslist.org/apa/1617760199.html - broken link)

Thanks, I would need a 2 bedroom apt/house... From what I've been looking at it seems the cost of renting is rather comparable to mortgage payments in the area? The town I currently live in is much different, there are many rentals for lower cost. Just found that to be odd. I could just be looking in the wrong places too tho. So are there any companies someone can point me to that have rental properties? I am not finding any specific company on the web.
