How long is the travel time from Golden to Glendale?

I stayed in Glendale last week and off-hours (around 10am) I took Colfax Ave west to 93/Foothills Rd. - it took about a half hour. Another day I took 6th Ave west around 8:30 and traffic was a bit heavier. I'd expect the same for the eve rush hours, but I was just visiting. One of the area natives will be able to help you better!

It's 25-1:15, depending on traffic. You can use 6th Ave. or I-70 to get there...

I would use I-70 only as a last resort though it tends to veer a bit further north and takes you some fairly heavy traffic areas

It depends on where in Golden. I live right next to Glendale, the best way to go to Golden on the south is 6th avenue, going I 70 then south to Colo is going to be a lot slower in rush hour. If you are north side of Golden you could go I 70 to I 25 south to sixth avenue or alameda and across town that way.
