Anyone linked to the top rungs of Enron seems like someone to keep a close eye on. His 75,000 acres of land down there in the SLV would make a great location for major solar or wind energy projects. I read that many big money players like Goldman Sachs are buying up huge tracts of sunny land in the western states.
