Question Moving
Moving to Colorado from Arizona during March 2008. Looking for a rental house or townhome in or near Parker, CO. Want 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2-car garage, rent under $1500/month.

what makes you think you can find that now? most renters give 30 days notice. most landlords believe that tenants will renew their lease.
