Me and 2 of my friends are looking for a flat, condo etc. for rent in Frisco (June-October). We tried searching through estate agencies but what they usually have to offer are luxurious houses. What we are looking for is a cheap place to stay, that is under 1500$/month. Do you think it is posiible to find anything like that in Frisco?

It is hard to say whether you will find something in that price range during the popular summer months. You might contact some of the owners of the properties listed at VRBO.com and see if you could negotiate a longer term rental: Frisco Vacation Rentals by Owner, Frisco VRBO®, Frisco Colorado Lodging, Frisco Colorado Condo Rentals (http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/colorado/northwest/frisco - broken link)

You might also be able to find something in Dillon Valley, just a short bus or bike ride away, for that price range.

You shouldn't have too much trouble finding a rental for the summer from June to October.

Check the Summit Daily News classifieds for rentals. Also I would check with all the property management companies anyways as they will likely have month to month summer rentals.

Thanks for your help. Maybe some of the owners will be willing to negotiate the prices. The problem is that we really need some affordable accomodation since we'll get our first salary after two weeks of work
