A lot depends on where - there is no rule. Location, condition, competition are all factors in determining local rental rates.

I was looking at a couple different places like Pueblo and fort Collins. I have been paying such high rent for so long I wouldnt know what its like to pay say 700.00 for a 1 bedroom let alone a house rental.

Pueblo averages about 375-600 for a 1br and a 2br in Pueblo can go from 550-850 usually.
