I've never been to Aladdin, but it is only about a 10 minute drive from the Koger Center. There is another Mediterranean Restaurant on St. Andrews Road called Elie's Place, a few blocks from Aladdin. Elie's is more Lebanese and Al Amir is more Syrian in terms of cuisine.

Why don't you stay at the Hilton in the Vista? You will be in walking distance (just a few blocks) from the Koger center and you can dine at Ruth Chris (located in the hotel). I imagine they can hook you up with a steak and lobster combo.

WOW! That's great, two ME places on one street! I'll definitely have to go to Elie's, my DH is Lebanese and his name is Eli (or Elie in Lebanon) I'll look it up and hopefully be able to hit all the places.

Thanks for the idea, but I'm only coming in for the day to see DD, the show and then driving back to Greenville late at night. She's staying locally but they already have their hotel booked, which is somewhere near the Koger, I believe. I'm trying to stay in that general area of her hotel and the Koger so I'm not driving all over kingdom come. Of course, it would be nice to stay at a Hilton and go eat lobster and steak at RC
