Seven Oaks is a census tract (neighborhood) in the St Andrews area of Columbia. This exemplifies how idiotic all of these surveys are - they are just a means to sell magazines.

Exactly - so it's not even a city - St Andrews isn't even a city - they are all suburbs of Columbia. D'oh.

Yep, Seven Oaks is near my old stompin grounds. I actually went to Seven Oaks Elem. School. Good to see Columbia getting such great national exposure lately!

Seven Oaks??? It's really just a little neighborhood. They have Irmo as 12th out of 25, for affordable places to live - which is quite true.
