Has anyone heard when the new townhomes in Trolley Run Station are going to be built and what the price range will be?

Why not contact the builders listed and ask them? Or use the Contact Us on the site?

I did use the "contact us" on the site. That's how I found out about the townhomes. I was contacted via email by a realtor who in turn gave me the builders name and email address. He never answered my email. That was back in August-September.I just thought maybe someone who lives in Aiken had heard whether or not they had started building them.

I would call and not contact through email. It's much easier to speak to someone. Emails get lost all the time. And spam folders tend to eat the important emails.

I do live in Aiken and Trolley Run isn't in Aiken. It's in Graniteville. There are so many developments going on here that there's no way to keep track of them all and what's being built. Developments are done in phases and it could be years before the townhouses are built. It's best to call the builder. There are several other townhouse developments under construction in the Aiken area.
