Here is the companies building portfolio... IMO a big box store is off the table with this zoning request. Looks like more of a mixed use development is coming.

It says right in the application that it is for a Mixed Use Development. How do you know "Southeastern" is developing that land?

I must be missing something. On the application is says the applicant is Mark Senn, KB Huger, LLC. I tried searching the document and Southeastern did not come up anywhere. The item was on the Consent Agenda, and there was no discussion about the particular project, nor was it moved to the Regular Agenda before the vote.

Could you please help me know where to find the information about Southeastern Development, so I will know for the future.
