What do you guys think of Wren Creek? We are moving to the area this summer. Our realtor said she wasn't too sure of Wren Creek as they started in the 500s and now are building homes in the 300s. She said she doesn't know how the subdivision is going to finish out. Looking online, I like the styling of the homes, but of course what my home to keep it's value.

What do others think? Good neighborhood? Won't hold value? Nice homes? Will be slow to finish up and start putting up smaller homes? Just looking for other opinions... We haven't been shown a home there yet in 3 visits looking.

Your agent should be providing you this information. If you want to see the neighborhood get your agent to show it to you.

All the information I got from my agent was: slow to build up initially, started in $500s now down to $300s, not sure how it will finish up.

So--I was trying to see what others thought of it, as I am not from the area and have done most my looking online and on two separate visits to the area.

I am trying to figure out what my "obligation" is to her. We did put an offer in one home but it was not accepted.

SC is a written agency state. You should have signed some sort of agency agreement at the time you submitted the offer. It will define your mutual obligations. If you don't have a copy you should have got one so request it. If you didn't sign an agency agreement you have no obligations. FWIW, I agree on Wren Creek.
