Good publicity for a great business school! Daughter's graduating this year and has really enjoyed her time there.

Thinking about going to USC from out of state and planning on majoring in international business and finance. Looks like a really cool program and USC sounds like a fun school to attend.

My daughter is also out-of-state and has absolutely loved it! She is a double major -- finance and economics (minoring in Chinese) and feels it has been a great experience. She decided not to go IB route but she experienced the IB atmosphere with a study abroad in Taiwan.

Remember, the International Business program is extremely competitive. You may be accepted initially into the Moore School as a IB major but after freshman (or sometime in sophomore year I don't remember exactly) you have to specifically apply to that program and it is DIFFICULT.

And, it is a "fun" school, too. There's always something going on in Columbia and, especially if you get involved in Greek Life.

So, keep working really hard and best of luck to you!

And, Columbiadata -- you are right! It has been a great time for my daughter -- All the attention the business school is getting, winning the Carolina-Clemson football game two years in a row, the College World Series . . . even the blood drive the last two years!

Go Gamecocks!
