We bought our house on 395 Longfellows lane in Apr 2012, and so far so good for us. With all the extra's GS homes throws in for the price I don't think you can beat it. Our house has granite counters in all wet areas, hardwood floors in formal liv/din area, 42 inch cabinets, tankless water heater, full sprinkler and sod, fenced, fridge, ceiling fans, and blinds, A balcony, huge master bedroom with 2 closets, all that for a price that comes out to $62/sqft! That is what the jacked up foreclosures in the Summit are going for! It's a no-brainer in my opinion. Plus it is an easy commute down Spears Creek Church rd to 20 or percival rd to Ft jackson.
