Good to see that this center will open almost 100% leased. That is a strong statement for this area, should encourage other developers to scout the area for opportunities.

Hope to see more Edens developments.

The construction company's sign is up and two big trash bins are on site, as well as a construction headquarters trailer.

This sounds like a nice mix of retailers, including some that are new to the Columbia area. I'm especially glad to see this development in-town.

Default this is shaping up to be as cool as Trenholm plaza

And with Diner right there too (the Restaurante Divino side project) it's gonna be a awesome part of town.

And don't forget. The stretch of urban storefronts along Devine Street from Beltline to the Walgreen's at Jackson Boulevard are ready-made to fill up with new shops as the area gets rejuvenated. I've always liked that footprint and I hope it gets preserved.

Not that I dislike trophy wives (post-menopausal women another subject) but they, the trophy brides, cannot not be "beaten" when one is "beating" their....well...another story....LOL
That made me laugh.

I'm excited for this. Not too far from me and hopefully better priced for some of the items I buy on a regular basis from either the Fresh Market or the commissary.
