How many food trucks/carts are there in Columbia. Bone-in, pawleys, 2 fat 2 fly, wurst wagon, Mexican truck on decker. Any others? Haven't seen anything about a food truck rodeo in a while.

I can honestly say that food trucks would make a killing at MTC (Airport Campus), when there's only one choice, "Subway", variety would def win out. I just wish I knew if the administration would allow it.

Ask them about it. I noticed that even the food service purveyor at USC has gotten into the food truck act. They have a truck that moves around campus serving students and even accepts the meal plan.

Is there a comprehensive list of the food trucks/carts in Columbia? Do they ever have a good truck rodeo where all of them come together. The reason is ask is that I had no idea that Bone in Artisan BBQ closed last year. It would be nice if there was a food truck/cart alliance so we could keep track of all of them.

Bone In is actually still open! They are going to be at Corley Mill Road in Lexington I think this Thursday! The best way to keep track is usually Facebook or Twitter since they don't have a central communication channel.
