House cleaning recommendations in Columbia? (new home, landscaping, distance)

I recently bought a new home, and it was not especially clean when I first moved in. At least once, I would love to have the place professionally cleaned.

Can anyone recommend cleaners that they've used, who did good work?

the realtor you bought the house from can probably give you a few names.

Always good to ask the neighbors. Their recommendations should carry some 'weight' and there might be a discount/rebate if the cleaning staff doesn't have to drive a great distance between assignments. Same for an exterminator and landscaping service(if you desire such).
