Default I need a home!
I finally sold my home in Orlando and will be relocating to Columbia very soon (November). I am not sure where I want to buy. My family is in the Irmo area and I sort of like the Lexington area also. I would like to find a lease option on a house so that I do not waste money on rent. I need a smallish home (just me and my dogs). Any ideas? I have read some great posts on this site and if anyone can help, you folks can. Thanks.
