Default Home inspector

Can anyone give me the name and number of an honest inspector that isn't worried about being considered a deal breaker?

Thanks

All inspectors are independent and shouldn't have any specific affiliation. Ask for your agent to recommend at least 3 inspectors and call them to find out who you feel will be thorough. I believe there are 800 licensed home inspectors now and many are very good. I've seen a few I'd actually go so far as to tell people not to use but most are going to be honest because it's their livelihood and they don't want to get sued or lose a license. But like every other profession some are simply more knowledgeable. McCarr does build a good home but it's still always a good idea to get the inspection.

I always tell my clients to talk to at least 3 professionals to make sure they hire a qualified professional. The 3 inspectors I have on my preferred vendor list are:

Dorian Del Priore (parents are builders, really knows new const.)

I used Wes Taber at 20/20 home inspections. He was wonderful.

Try Wes Hobgood at Houseck.com located in Chapin. He's been doing this for over 19 years and knows his stuff. A real professional for a change.
