Default Conway, N. Myrtle, Socastee, Murrell's, Little River etc.?

People have thus far been quite helpful (i.e. Rapture, Sheena, etc.). I would like to know what the entertainment side of above mentioned towns are like, such as movie theaters, restaurants, aquariums, zoos, parks, music, etc. My wife and I are a couple of 30 year old kids, and would like to know that, even if in a relatively rural setting, we can still have fun and be close to things. I doubt we could afford something in Pawley's Island, Cherry Grove, Surfside and the like, as we are looking for a new 3-4 br for less than 200k (let me know if I'm wrong, though. The more options the better). And, as always, if anyone has first and/or second hand knowledge of social service agencies (hospitals, schools, youth homes, shelters, drug clinics, foster care, etc.), let me know. I am a social worker in need of a case load.

Personally I do not know what these places are like to live in, but for a vacation spot its great.
One thing I will say is that twice a year, your usual 10 min commute around Myrtle, conway, Murrells..... will take an average of an hr. Myrtle Beach has a spring and fall bike rally. This means Thousands of bikers coming in from all over and pretty much dominating these towns. Spring rally usually turns into 2-3 weeks of bikers. If you dont enjoy this kind of thing, might want to stay on the outskirts of these places.

I'm originally from the socastee area. I'm in my 30's. All those places are near Myrtle. so you have access to everything. In Horry County, you'll find over 100 pro. golf courses. several hundred restaurants. Ripley's aquarium is at broadway at the beach. Also at broadway at the beach there are tons of restaurants, shopping, bars and nightclubs. You'll have more to do than you can deal with.
As far as housing. I use to live off of forestbrook rd. their are tons of subdivisions there. I just sold my 3 bedroom, 1300 sqft house for 150K. I bought it new 4 yrs ago. You should find a good home in this area.
