The street behind it is a little forgotten ghetto pocket, which is really too bad because the houses on that street could be gorgeous if fixed up and taken care of.

Here is another odd but strategically placed property.. I believe this is owned by the Church across the street.. I wonder if housing is in its future as well or maybe a small commercial shopping center?
