Probably just poor wording. It probably should have read Columbiana is the only store in SC closing. There are other locations too in SC other than Charleston.

The brand must be struggling. I saw reports online from other cities where Forever 21 is closing as well. For example, all the stores in Canada are closing.

I’m more focused on what might take its place. Would H&M be a good fit? I know they aren’t necessarily in high growth mode rn... the space is far too small I think for a Cheesecake Factory. And def too small for Crate-Barrel or something nice like that. But it’s also slightly too large for an Apple Store. Whatever it may end up being, I hope it’s not just more of the same. I mean, we’re still waiting on that “big surprise” from a couple years ago...

If you've ever experienced the traffic on Harbison Blvd on a Saturday firsthand, you wouldn't say that.
