I was thinking about taking my kids (6 and 3) to the adventure dollar night (2nd Tuesday of each month), but I want to avoid crazy crowds for my sanity and my kids safety. Has anyone ever been on dollar night? IF so, on a scale of 1 to 10...how crazy and crowded is it? (1= by yourself, 10 = praying to not get trampled).

I have been, but it was a couple of years ago. I think it was about an 8 or 9 on the crazy/crowded scale. I didn't think it was worth the savings. I would be more likely to look into membership with kids that age, if I lived nearby. (I might have seen a groupon for that once, by the way.)
But it's about a 30-40 minute drive from our house, so if I'm going to spend that amount of time and nearly $10 in gas to get there, I'd rather not see those crowds again. If I lived closer, I'd probably do it. It was not a "10" level, but not as much fun as with lower crowds.

Think children running every which way and lines for everything. You'd probably not lose your own kids or get trampled.

Fish,

Thanks for the reply. We are in the same boat...just a little too far to make a it worth while if its so crowded. We have been a few times outside of the dollar deal and the kids really like it. But, I don't think it would be nearly as fun for them or me if we are dodging people the entire time.
