Has anyone heard anything about the Apartments on top of the garages? Seems like I remember the city having some clause in the contract that the builder had to begin construction within six months. I am almost sure that deadline has passed.

I can ask the director of downtown Columbia's district and see if he knows anything. I remember he told Me that he saw a rendering it's shorter then the original 22 floors they were going for. Now he says that they are working on closing a deal when it comes to parking because that corner is already being used by the BBT building offices.
