One of them was a sandwich place from construction of the building until maybe 2011- Atlanta Bread Company or something similar?

Does anyone know at what rate new commercial construction might be feasible? $22/sq. ft.? $25?

This article says it would have to be in the mid $30/sq ft.

I really hope something like this will takeoff in Columbia along major pedestrian nodes. Think if this becomes full fledged it would make a great addition along with the visitors center recent move to Gervais.

That would be really cool. People don't realize how much screens and/or printed materials like banners can do to improve the appearance of areas. I'd like to see plastic banners hiding the kline site until it gets started as well. But these screens would be really cool to engage visitors in a new way.

I really love this idea. Hopefully itís a better of months rather than years before they decide to implement something like this.

We’re finally getting our bike share system. That make sure us the only city in the state to have a moped and bike share right?
