I agree TJ's would be great for that area especially given its prices vs Whole Foods. Trader Joe's seems friendlier for a college kid or early 20 something's budget. But that would be quite the signature piece and great news for Main Street if it pans out!

Starbucks is apparently about to make their move in the former Sherlock Holmes space in the cellar of the Sheraton. The redesign will involve some new windows at sidewalk level, new doors and Starbucks signage.

The Nickelodeon's second theater is coming soon. A merchant told me about it and the Nick said it on their Facebook page today. It's going to mean a lot more butts in seats and feet on the street for that block.

The Nick is starting construction on it upstairs theater. It will be larger and more upscale than the theater that opened in 2012.
