Four companies have leased 185,000 square feet of Columbia-area industrial space.

The should convert the "capital center" or whatever the plaza is behind Columbia Place Mall into a light industrial complex.. Plenty of empty spaces and parking.. Also close to 277 and I-20. That entire area needs to be repurposed...
