Babysitter help- Northeast (Lexington: apartments, live in, club)

Have some friends that recently moved to the Paddock Club apartments in the Northeast. The only friends they have here are us and we live in Lexington. They are wanting to get out a bit, but have no idea where to start about a good babysitter. If anyone on here could help, that would be great. Thanks.

this is more general but have they checked within the complex office? Often times apartments will have lists of residents who can take care of dogs, babysit, etc. Maybe that's an option to check if they havent already done so.
