I've got some limited inside scoop on the AgFirst property adjacent to Palmetto Baptist Medical Center. It has been sold, and the buyers have agreed to not tear the building down. The sale includes everything on the block except for the parking area closest to the hospital and the red brick building that has been condemned. That's all I've heard. And I emphasize it's what I heard, not what I know first-hand.

Nope. I was talking about the three story law office with the two signs on the property.

Oh. Good question. I don't know. I wonder every time I pass by.

This is happening soon. It was announced months ago. It's for real and is very exciting. They're starting with 300 students with plans to expand to 600.

An authentic Jamaican restaurant has opened at Harden and Taylor. The head chef is actually from Jamaica. It's a family restaurant. The owner just moved down from New York to join his father who already had a restaurant on Two Notch Road. Harden and Taylor is their second location.
