That might not be the right question. The entire Summit area is so vast and comprises so many different neighborhoods at so many different price points that it's hard to say yes or no that it's safe.
I would tend to agree... some areas of the Summit are better than others and some areas that one may consider to be the Summit are NOT in the Summit (i.e. Communities of Summit Ridge) So, its best to list specific subdivisions/developments/addresses if you want to get good feedback/advice
