Hi All,

Getting married in SC Labor Day weekend and wanting to get tickets to the home opener to kick off the festivities. Does anyone know, or have an estimate, on when single game tickets will go on sale?

Thanks and Go Gamecocks!

Your best bet is likely to call the Ticket Office and ask - 800-4SC-FANS (800-472-3267)

I called a few weeks ago, but they weren't too helpful. Was hoping someone had some insider info Guess I'll start calling them on a weekly basis just to be on the safe side - thanks!

Single game tickets will go onsale to Gamecock Club members around the beginning of August. If any tickets are left for the general public, they usually go onsale around the middle of August. I know that is close to the game, but these dates are pretty standard each year. For 2013, single game tickets went onsale to the public on August 19th. Single Game Tickets – 2013 | GamecocksOnline The high demand for tickets here has moved that date back each year as they try & sell as many season tickets as possible.

If you are not in the GC, the only way to get them for just the A&M game before that date would be to buy them from a season ticket holder or 3rd party sites like Stubhub. They will likely sell minipacks (3 game packs of tickets) before that date (late July or so), so in theory you could buy a 3 game pack and try & sell the tickets to the 2 other games.

Have you checked Stubhub? I've had good luck there.

For reference here is the StubHub link and you should expect to pay at least the $130 per ticket this starts at to get tickets to this game on the 3rd party market. It could go up to $150-$200 a ticket before the game. This is going to be a really tough ticket with A&M playing their 1st game here in Columbia. It's a Thursday night game; it won't be that difficult to get tickets.
