We are relocating to Lexington this summer and ready to start the buying process.
For a mortgage broker, we need someone experienced with self-employed borrowers. We're interested in portfolio loans, although it's not a requirement for us.
For a real estate agent, just need someone that knows the area well and experienced with Lexington. MUST be available weekends, as much of our dealings will be over weekends. We plan to come in a few weeks, as soon as we're pre-approved, to start looking.
One of our businesses is real estate investing, so someone experienced with that would be a huge plus (although do NOT want someone who is an investor themselves), so we can continue working together once we've moved.
