One cannot live on prayer. Keep the donations coming for those that need it. I donated cash.

I have donated money to charity and directly to good friends of ours who lost their entire home and everything in it. I spent several hours today helping them clean up the mess. It is the least I could do and I hope to do more.

There were countless volunteers walking through the neighborhood asking how they could help. Others were handing out water and food. Many of the people helping clean up my friends' house were complete strangers. It was a remarkable and beautiful thing to see.

Way to go, Columbia!

I was born at nearby Shaw AFB, less than an hour from Columbia. Me and my mother were lucky to survive Hurricane Hugo.

Ya'll have my best thoughts and love from Arlington, Virginia.

Very true. But both can't hurt.
