We are seriously considering Columbia as a new adventure but our biggest concern is the weather. We are babies. We can't take it too cold or days and days and days of rain. I was wondering what the usual rain pattern is. Short spurts vs days of rain. Thanks for the help.

Seems like during the summer when we get the afternoon heating we get a thunderstorm almost everyday usually in august but it is short lived, rain for maybe 10 minutes and then the sun pops out. I think this year we had more rain than usual and alot more lightening. But I think it was 2-3 years ago we had hardly any rain to speak of. Just depends.
