Good subdivision, not too big, most homes run b/n 170-200 I think, and I believe they are Centex built, Lexington 1 schools.

Any specifics you'd like?

I went through almost every house that's on the market in Willowbrook recently. I think there are 5-6 houses currently for sale. Some are the same floor plan. The biggest thing I can tell you is the subdivision borders the K-Mart shopping area, so many of the houses have the eye-sore of seeing the backside loading dock area. I'd bet the trucks pull into the docks early in the morning. They do have a Common Pond, which supposedly allows for fishing, and has a nice trail around it. They also have a common area Pool and Beach Volley Ball Court.

Also, several of the houses had 2-story tall Living rooms. I'm not a huge fan of 20 foot cellings. Seems like a waste of space in my opinion.

Not sure if you are still looking in Willowbrook subdivision, but I wanted to share some information with you. Willowbrook is a very nice subdivision, great place to live if you have children, nice pool area, playground area, trails, and a pond in the back of subdivision. The school are wonderful. A great place to live.....
