hello, my family and I are moving to the Midlands from our of state. We have narrowed our subdivisions to Belfair, Milfor Park, and Ashford Park. Are there pros and cons to these. I have 3 children ages 5, 7, and 7 months so I hope there are kids within the neighborhood.

Wow. Talk about a coincidence. My friends live in Milford park. I like it. Young neighborhood. Lots of kids. There’s a really nice school right next to it. Her sister lives in Belfair I don’t know too much about it. We have a mutual friend that’s lives in Ashford. I would say it’s older than Milford but there seems to be a lot of kids there. All three send their students to Dutch fork high. The area around Milford will grow a lot more over the next decade while not so much the others. The biggest problem with all three is traffic. The roads leading to Milford will widen to four lanes over the next few years.

Thanks for the info. I'm headed to all three subdivisions tomorrow to look at homes!
