Default 'Stage' for Sale? & Cleaning Services?
We have recently remodled a 3 bed/2.5 bath 1600 sq ft townhouse and want to get it ready to sell.

Can anyone recommend a reputable cleaning service - either individual or company - to come and get this townhouse ready to put on the market? It is located in the NE area of Columbia.

Also.. are there any services in the area that 'stage' a home for sale? There is no furniture in the condo and I know that a 'staged' one would appeal more to buyers.

Out of curiosity, will you be trying to sell by owner or will you use an agent to market the property. I remember you asking for some vendors a while back.
