Hi. Im am considering buying a house off of Frink St. in Cayce. There is one off of Vine St and another off of Laurie St. Some houses look fine and others look run down. Any thoughts on this area in general. Would you live here?

Drive through the neighborhood at midnight on a Saturday night and you'll find out.

Not to sound tacky, but blue collar, working class area. I assume mixed race leaning more toward right wing whites. Have a family member that owns two rental homes in that area.

Three railroad lines through that area. I would love that, but your mileage might vary.
