Default Lexington -- where can i find homes 150k or so?

Hey all,
I was down in the Irmo area. Checked out Murraywood and Coldstream subdivisions. I like them, looks like pretty good deals for the money. I am also interested in the Lexington area. Anyone out there have subdivisons in the area to look at? I like the idea of an older home in a desirable established area, but will consider newer homes as well. Looks like you can get 2000 sq ft for around 150k in the Irmo area. Anything like that in Lexington??

Thanks!

Check out Windgate farms, very large homes for the money but its right near a brand new middle school and they are on 1/2 acre lots, not much left in there though.
