That's not from a local or state perspective. This August article from NPR just says South Carolina.

Well, maybe it really doesn’t matter. Dominion now has Charleston’s skyline on their website, even though the deal calls for the headquarters to stay in Cayce for five years.

I am utterly amazed at how few people I hear talking about this deal. Even people who work for SCANA. Clearly there is a conspiracy going on... lol Also, I looked at their website and now they have ducks on there. Maybe they are going to replace all their employees with ducks.... be afraid, be very afraid!!!

That's a special website for the Dominion/SCANA merger, not Dominion's main website. The Charleston skyline though is on the main page of the merger website, at least right now.
