Post Looking for a CAD job in Columbia, SC

I am looking to relocate to Columbia (from Naples FL) and am in desperate need of the name of a 'head-hunting' company or a lead to find a job.

I am looking for anything using AutoCAD/cabinetry-furniture design/interior architecture drawings/tile diagrams/furniture placement.

I will be in the area June 19th - June 24th and would like to try to set up interviews for that time.

Anyone know of any leads?

Actually, I do. Aerotek has worked with several companies that I have worked for, and they specialize in Engineering/Design/CADD job placements. Contact

When I worked at Central Carolina, we placed several of our drafting student with local cabinet shops. Can't remember any names right now, but you might want to contact the industrial technology branch of Central Caroilna Tech in Sumter.

There are a bunch of local sites to find jobs, too. Try Craigslist.org and Jobs.sc, they are great for finding jobs in a specific area.

Good luck!
